75. To the deed and conveyance from L. Scott Carswell,
Executor, to the Maryland Baptist Union Association, dated
the 5th day of February, 1920, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3525, folio
211, conveying the reversions in fee and annual rents of an
approximate value of $14,000.00 issuing and payable out of
17 lots of ground in Baltimore City, described in said deed.

76. To the deed and conveyance from. The Roland Park
Company to The Committee of the Second Presbyterian
Church Society or Congregation in the City of Baltimore,
dated February 26th, 1926, recorded among the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4534, folio 501,
conveying lots Nos. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Block 9,
Guilford, in the City of Baltimore.

77. To the deed and conveyance from T. Milton Jones
and Amelia E. Jones, his wife, to the Committee of the Second
Presbyterian Church Society or Congregation in the City of
Baltimore, dated April 15, 1926, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4558,
folio 143, conveying a lot of ground situate on the south side
of Clement Street east of Covington Street in the City of
Baltimore, and the reversion and annual rent of $47.00 per
annum issuing thereout.

78. To the bequests in the last will and testament of A.
Walter Juvenal, late of Baltimore City, deceased, now on rec-
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 147, folio 220, etc., to First English
Evan. Lutheran Church of Baltimore, of one thousand dollars
and of the residue and remainder of his estate after the death
of certain life tenants as set forth in said will.

79. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Sydney Price, late of Baltimore City, Liber E. R. D. No.
150, folio 332, namely:

(a) The sum of one thousand dollars to the Vestry of the
Mount Calvary Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore
City.
