69. To the bequest to the Electors of the Baltimore He-
brew Congregation of $500 for annual prayers contained in
the will of Israel Rosenfeld, deceased, dated November 2nd,
1922, and recorded in the ofiice of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City.

70. To the bequest to the Electors of the Baltimore
Hebrew Congregation of $100 for annual memorial services
contained in the will of Lina Straus, deceased, dated Febru-
ary 21st, 1926, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City.

71. To the bequest to the Electors of the Baltimore He-
brew Congregation of $100 for annual memorial services con-
tained in the will of Paul Pinkus, deceased, dated September
1st, 1926, and recorded in the ofiice of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City.

72. To the deed and conveyance in fee simple of the lots
of ground and improvements thereon known as Nos. 2208
and 2302 Belair Road, and being more particularly described
in a deed from Howard A. Sweeten and Viola Sweeten, his
wife, to the Electors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation,
dated December 29th, 1926, and recorded in the land records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4681, folio 13, etc.

73. To the deed and conveyance from the Hilton Land
Corporation of Baltimore City to the Maryland Baptist Union
Association, dated April 7th, 1911, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
2650, folio 297, conveying two lots of ground situated on
the east side of Hilton Street, south of Presbury Street, in
the City of Baltimore and the reversions and annual rents
of $90.00 per annum each issuing thereout.

74. To the two deeds and conveyances from Henry Taylor
and Kate French Taylor, his wife, one to the trustees of the
Antioch Baptist Church of Waverly, Baltimore County, Mary-
land, dated the llth day of November, 1890, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. 1462,
folio 310, and the other to the Maryland Baptist Union Asso-
ciation, dated the 23rd day of April, 1894, and recorded
among said land records in Liber J. B. No. 1523, folio 109,
conveying one lot of ground at the southwest corner of Thirty-
