43. To the deed and conveyance by Carlyle Walson, Irene
H. Walson, his wife, Randolph D. Walson and Eleanor E.
Walson, his wife, to Vestry of Salisbury Parish, a body cor-
porate, of a certain lot of ground situated in Salisbury Elec-
tion District, Wicomico County, Maryland, and more fully
and particularly described in said deed dated September 22nd,
1926, and recorded among the land records of Wicomico
County, Md., in Liber J. C. K No. 146, folio 47.
44. To the deed and conveyance by Lucretia B. Ruark
to the Trustees of the Division Street Baptist Church of Salis-
bury in the State of Maryland, and James N. Stewart, present
minister thereof, and John C. Lank, Andrew E. Booth, Roland
Pragg, Morris H. Bewington, John Esham, Sidney O. Furniss
and William Purnell, as Trustees thereof of a certain lot of
ground and the improvements thereon situated in the City of
Salisbury, Parsons Election District, Wicomico County, Mary-
land, and more particularly described in said deed dated Octo-
ber 15th, 1926, and recorded among the land records for said
Wicomico County in Liber J. C. K. No. 146, folio 381.
45. To the following bequests to religious corporations
contained in the last will and testament of Maria Brilhart, late
of Carroll County, Maryland, deceased, bearing date August
2, 1920, and recorded among the Will Records of Carroll
County in Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 94, etc., that is to say:
(a) To the Trustees of Jerusalem Church, a body corporate,
located in Bachman Valley, Carroll County, Maryland, the
sum of two hundred dollars, to be held in accordance with the
terms of said bequest.
(b) To the Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran Congrega-
tion of Winters Church, a body corporate, of the State of
Maryland, at or near New Windsor, Carroll County, in the
State of Maryland, commonly known as St. Luke's Winters
Evangelical Lutheran Church, the sum of five hundred dollars,
to be used for cemetery purposes.
