malicious destruction of property, and the said County Commis-
sioners may in their discretion have the Dog Constable to kill
said dog or dogs.
91-F. Any person violating or refusing to comply with any
of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof before any Justice of the Peace of
Kent County, or in the Circuit Court of Kent County, shall be
fined a sum of not less than five dollars ($5. 00) nor more than
twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) or shall be imprisoned in the county
jail for not more than thirty days, or shall be both fined and
imprisoned in the discretion of the Court. It shall be the duty
of the State's Attorney, the Sheriff and the Constables of Kent
County to prosecute all persons found violating the law by
refusing to comply with its provisions. All laws or £arts of
laws, whether public general laws or public local laws, incon-
sistent with the provisions of this sub-title are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Section 234
of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland entitled,
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title, "State Tax Commission. "

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for repairing and build-
ing the jetties in front of Ocean City in Worcester County
and for building jetties in front of the inlet south of Ocean
City in order to keep the same open.

CHAPTER 348.
Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Banks
and Trust Companies", sub-title "Bank Commissioner", as
said Section was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 29
of the Acts of 1922.
