upon the assessable property of Baltimore County sufficient to
pay and redeem said certificates as they mature and sufficient
to pay the interest thereon as the same may become due and
payable. All assessments of benefits now made, or hereafter
made on the properties within the Towson Sewerage Area, as
said area is now constituted or may from time to time here-
after be extended or enlarged, over and in excess of the one
hundred and eighty-one thousand dollars ($181, 000. 00) assess-
ment of benefits heretofore made within the Towson Sewerage
Area, and for which certificates of indebtedness have been is-
sued, shall be set aside and applied by the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County in payment of the certificates
(principal and interest) authorized by this Act, and for no
other purpose.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the Gen-
eral Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 46.
AN ACT to repeal Section 4 of Chapter 359 of the Acts of 1922,
entitled "An Act to regulate the hunting and shooting of
ducks in the waters of the Patuxent River and its tributaries
and to provide for the licensing and regulating of duck
blinds in said waters, and to repeal Chapter 488 of the Acts
of 1920 relating to duck blinds. "

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's
County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " said new section to be known
as Section 231-AA and to follow immediately after Section
231-A of said Article, providing that the Sheriff of Queen
Anne's County shall pay over to the County Commissioners
