the provisions of Section 4, Article 38 of the Code of Public
General Laws, more money than is actually needed for the
purchase of books; and

WHEREAS, the Court Room and Library of said Circuit Court
are now badly in need of refurnishing; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the resident Judge of the Circuit Court for Howard
County and the County Commissioners of Howard County, be
and they are hereby authorized to expend from the Library
Fund for the augmentation of the Library of said court under
the provisions of Section 4, Article 38, of the Code of Public
General Laws, such amount as they may deem necessary in re-
furnishing the Court Room and Library of the said Circuit
Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day day of June, 1924.

CHAPTER 282.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 37
of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Washington County", sub-title "Boonsboro",
as the same was enacted by Chapter 112, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1906.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 37 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County", sub-title
"Boonsboro", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 37. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the corporate and taxable limits of the town of Boons-
boro, in Washington County, Maryland, are declared to be
as follows: Beginning at a point in the East marginal line of
Main Street being the State Highway, where the said East
margin is intersected by the North boundary of the property
owned by J. E. Moss and running thence along said Moss line,

North fifty-three degrees, thirty minutes. East three-hundred
and fifty-five feet; thence leaving said Moss line and running
North twenty-two degrees West one-thousand, three-hundred
