District or Election District No. 17; and on the south by a new
boundary line to be established between Berwyn District No.
21 and Riverdale District No. 19, as follows:

Beginning at a point on the present boundary line between
Berwyn District and Riverdale District at the center of the
Bridge in College Park, Maryland, that carries the county road
(Calvert Avenue) across Northeast Branch, and following the
thread of said Northeast Branch in a southerly direction to a
point where the south line of Ashland Avenue of Elmore Pow-
ers sub-division, extended eastward, cuts the thread of said
Northeast Branch, thence following said southerly boundary
of; Ashland Avenue (N. 82° 13' W. as recorded in Liber No.
125, Folio 347, of the Land Records of Prince George's Coun-
ty) of said Elmore Power's sub-division in a westerly direction
to the center line of Washington and Baltimore Boulevard,
thence following said center line of Washington and Baltimore
Boulevard in a northerly direction to a point where this center
line is intersected by the southern boundary, extended east-
ward, of the Eversfield property in a westward direction to a
point where it intersects the center line of the Colesville Road,
thence following the said center line of the Colesville Road in
a northerly direction to a point where the present southern
boundary of the Berwyn Election District meets the center line
of said Colesville Road.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 260.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 183
and 192 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title "Ha-
gerstown, " as said Section 183 was enacted by Chapter 58
of the Acts of Assembly of 1884, and as Section 192 was
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of Assem-
bly of 1918, respectively, providing a salary for the street
commissioners and giving them the power and authority to
dismiss and discharge policemen, and to add an additional
section to said Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title "Ha-
gerstown, " to be known as Section 266 and to follow Section
