CHAPTER 182.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 326
of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County, " sub-title "Hurlock, " as the same was en-
acted by Chapter 240 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1892.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 326, of Article 10, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Hurlock, "
as the said section was enacted by Chapter 240 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:
326. The corporate limits of said village shall be included
within the following metes and bounds, to wit: Beginning at
a point which bears (all bearings are the true astronomical
azimuths) north 63 degrees east 330 feet from a white oak
tree, standing at the end of the first line of the corporate
limits of Hurlock, as described in Section 326, Chapter 240,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland. 1892,
and thence running (1) north 20 degrees 49 minutes west
4360 feet, (2) south 69 degrees 11 minutes west 3200 feet, (3)
south 20 degrees 49 minutes east 6630 feet, (4) north 86 de-
grees east 3345 feet, (5) north 20 degrees 49 minutes west
2970 feet, to the beginning, containing five hundred twenty-two
and seven-tenths acres, more or less. Provided, however, that
no farm lands contained within the corporate limits of the town
of Hurlock shall be taxed for town purposes until the same is
laid out into building lots.

CHAPTER 183.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 116
of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(Dennis' Edition), title "Frederick County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " and to add a new section to said
Article 11, said new section to be known as Section 116A and
to follow immediately after Section 116 of said Article,
fixing the compensation, duties and times of meeting of the
County Commissioners.
