217B. It shall be unlawful to shoot at or shoot any Wild
Fowl over the waters of Chester Raver and its tributaries in
the jurisdiction of Kent County except on Mondays and Fri-
days of each week during the open season, and except

further that it shall be lawful to shoot at or shoot any
Wild Fowl over the waters of Chester River and its tribu-
taries in the jurisdiction of Kent County every day of
the week during the last week of the month of January in
each year.

217C. It shall be lawful, however, on Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays of every week during the open season to shoot at
or shoot wild fowl in Comegys Bight, a tributary of the Ches-
ter River, in Kent County, from a sink box and from a stick
or floating blind and from any boat or float placed in such
stick or floating blind; provided such sink box, stick or float-
ing blind shall not be anchored, tied or erected at a greater

distance than 400 yards from shore, and it shall not be lawful to

erect, tie or anchor such stick or floating blind within 400 yards
of one already erected, tied or anchored, in accordance with
the provisions of this section. Any person or club before shoot-
ing from such sink box. stick or floating blind must first ob-
tain a license therefor from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Kent County and shall pay the sum of twenty dollars ($20. 00)
for such sink box license and the sum of five dollars ($5. 00) for
such stick or floating blind license.

SEC 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 128.

AN ACT to amend Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Cam-
bridge, " as enacted by Chapter 211 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland. 1920, by repealing Section 58B
thereof, and re-enacting the same, in different form, and to
be designated as Section 58B. when re-enacted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 58B of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, '' sub-title
"Cambridge, " as enacted by Chapter 211 of the Acts of the
