CHAPTER 113.
AN ACT to exempt for a period of three years all the property,
real and personal, of the Washington, Brandywine and Point
Look Out Railroad Company from county and local tax-
ation in Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles Counties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
laud, That all the property, real and personal, of the Washing-
ton, Brandywine and Point Look Out Railroad Company shall
be exempt for a period of three years, from all county and local
taxation in Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles Counties.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 114.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 73 of
Article 99 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title, '' Wild-fowl, Birds and Game, '' sub-
title, "Elk and Deer, " as enacted by Chapter 248 of the
General Assembly of Maryland for year 1922.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 73 of Article 99 of Bagby's Annotated Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Wild-fowl, Birds
and Game, '' sub-title, i' Elk and Deer, '' be and the same is here-
by repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows:
73. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to shoot,
trap, pursue, catch or kill, or gun or hunt for any Elk or Deer
within the State of Maryland, from June 1st, 1924, until De-
cember 1st, 1928, except a male deer having an antler six or
more inches in length without points measuring from top of
the skull as the deer is in life, shall be considered lawful in
Allegany County and within any game preserve in Washington
County inclosed by a fence not less than seven feet high be-
tween the dates of December 1st and December 15th both dates
inclusive. It shall be unlawful to kill in any manner any Elk
or Deer except through the use of a gun propelling one all-lead
or lead alloy or soft-nosed or expanding bullet or ball at a single
discharge, or to take an elk or deer in any manner except
