caretaker and chauffeur of the Earleigh Heights Volunteer
Fire Department, Incorporated.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (Melvin's
Edition, title "Anne Arundel County, " subtitle "Earleigh
Heights, " said new section to be known as Section 193C, to
follow immediately after Section 193B of said Article, and to
read as follows:

Section 193C. The County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County may appoint a caretaker and chauffeur for the
Volunteer Fire Department, Incorporated, of Earleigh Heights
at a salary of not more than $80. 00 (eighty dollars) per month,
and they shall fix his term and duties, and the amount required
to defray said salary shall be levied upon the assessable prop-
erty in the Second Precinct of the Third District of Anne
Arundel County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June first, nineteen hundred and twenty-four.

Approved April 9, 1924.

CHAPTER 105.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (Melvin's Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County, "sub-title "Glen Burnie, " said new section
to be known as Section 19 3B, and to follow immediately
after Section 193A of said Article, providing for a caretaker
and chauffeur of the Glen Burnie Fire Department.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (Melvin's
Edition), title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Glen Bur-
nie, " said new section to be known as Section 193B, to follow
immediately after Section 193A of said Article, and to read as
follows:

Section 193B. The County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County may appoint a caretaker and chauffeur for the Fire
Department of Glen Burnie at a salary of $80 (eighty dollars)
per month, and they shall fix his term and duties, and the
