visor incurred in the performance of his official duties shall be
included or counted as a part of his annual salary.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the position of
Supervisor of school property may be discontinued at any time
in the discretion of the Board of Education of Prince George's
County for lack of funds or because, in the judgment of said
Board, it is not advisable or beneficial to continue such a posi-
tion.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That all other Acts or
parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions hereof be and
the same are hereby repealed in so far as they apply to Prince
George's County.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the first day of June, A. D. 1924.

CHAPTER 589.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Sections
304. 306, 311 and 314 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title, "Health, " sub-title, "Chiropody, "
further defining the practice of chiropody and making the
law uniform with the laws of other States for purposes of
reciprocity.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 304, 306, 311 and 314 of Article 43 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title, "Health, " sub-title,
"Chiropody, " be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments to read as follows:

304. All persons now practicing chiropody, or who
shall hereafter begin to practice chiropody in the State of
Maryland shall possess the qualifications required by this sub-
title. It shall be unlawful for any person to designate himself
or his occupation by the use of any words or letters or trade
diplomas calculated to lead others to believe that he is a chirop-
odist or foot specialist unless he is duly licensed as provided
for in this sub-title. All persons licensed under this sub-title
shall designate themselves as chiropodist and use no other ap-
pended titles, such as foot specialist, orthopedist, surgeon, etc.
