ed among land records of Baltimore City Liber SCL No. 3801,

185. To the sale and conveyance by Clarence S. Gore and
others to The Leadenhall Baptist Church of Baltimore City, a
corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, of
a lot of ground fronting 66 feet on Leadenhall Street in the
City of Baltimore and the improvements thereon, recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL, No.
4127, folio 543, etc.

186. To the deed to "The Trustees of the Nelson Memorial
Holy Temple of the Independent Evangelical Church of Balti-
more, Maryland, from Lillie Green, conveying the two lots of.
ground on the northeast corner of McCullough and Preston
Streets, recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber SCL, No. 4086, folio 581, etc.

187. To the following devises, bequests, deeds, mortgages,
and conveyances to the Vestry of St. John's P. E. Church,
Huntington, Baltimore County. Maryland:

(a) Deeds from Richard C. Hall of property on Fair Oak
Avenue East of Greenmount Ave., dated August 9, 1875, record-
ed in Baltimore County Liber J. B., No. 97, folio 1562, and
April 5, 1884, and recorded in Baltimore County in Liber W.
M. I., No. 140, folio 475.

(b) Deed from Maggie E. Aull of property Old York Road
and Fair Oak Avenue, dated January 5, 1905, and recorded in
Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 2118, folio 402.

(c) Mortgage for $3, 000. 00 on property southwest corner
Washington Turnpike Road and Marion Street, Hyattsville,
Maryland, from Mary L. W. Lillard and John F. Lillard, dated
March 14, 1913, and recorded among the land records of Prince
George's County in Liber 86, folio 345.

(d) Mortgage on property northeast corner York Road and
Oakland Avenue from Ignazio Serravalle, etc., for $5. 500. 00
dated October 18. 1922, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL, No. 3921, folio 481.

(e) Mortgage on property 429 Kenneth Square, Govans,
from Louis H. Jacobi and Emma V. Jacobi for $6, 500. 00, dated
