ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR, 1395

will and testament of Alice A. Crandall, deceased, dated Janu-
ary 10th, 1923, recorded in Wills No. 143, folio 98.

179. To the bequest of Five hundred dollars to the Trustees,
of the Zion Church of the City of Baltimore contained in Item
two of the last will and testament of Frank Steil, deceased, in
Liber ERD, No. 146, folio 295.

180. To the devise contained in the last will and testament
of Bettie Nax, late of Baltimore City, deceased, recorded in
Office of Register of Wills in Liber HWJ, No. 140, folio 355,
etc.. of a ground rent of sixty-six dollars and fifty-eight cents
issuing out of the lot on the west side of Mount Street in the
City of Baltimore to the Most Reverend James Cardinal (rib-
bons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time be-
ing and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of Baltimore,
according to the discipline and government of the Roman Cath-
olic Church, a Corporation Sole.

181. To the sale and proposed conveyance by the First Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore City to the Macedonia Baptist Church
of Baltimore City of those lots of ground and premises situated
at the northeast corner of Lafayette and Fremont Avenues and
particularly described in two deeds, the one dated May 19th,
1902, recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber R. O., No. 1958, folio 140, and the other dated October
7th, 1902, and recorded in Liber R. O., No. 1980, folio 469.

182. To the sale and proposed conveyance by the Baltimore
Annual Conference of the Colored Methodist Protestant Church
to the Independent Church of God of Baltimore City, Incorpor-
ated, on the southeast corner of Orchard and Tessier Streets,
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL, No. 4124, folio 595, etc.

183. To the sale and conveyance by John H. Taylor to the
Mount Sinai Baptist Church of Baltimore City of those four
lots of ground known as No. 806-808-810 Ashland Avenue, and
one lot in the rear of said lots, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O., No. 2207, folio 111.
etc.

184. To the two deeds to The Trustees of the Morning Star
Baptist Church of Baltimore City, the one from Robert T.
Winn, conveying two lots on the south side of Saratoga Street
45 feet 6 inches and 59 ft. west from the corner of Poppleton
