approved by the Board of County Commissioners and the
Board of Election Supervisors.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Su-
pervisors of Election shall cause to be printed for use in any
general election not more than twenty-five per cent, more bal-
lots than the total number of registered voters, and the said
Board of Supervisors of Election shall cause to be printed
for use in any Primary Elections not more than twenty-five
per cent, more ballots than the number of voters registered in
the respective party for which the ballots are printed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That it shall not be nec-
essary for the Board of Supervisors of Election to deliver to
the Sheriff any ballots for distribution by him to any depu-
ties, nor shall the Sheriff detail or be required to detail any
deputies at any of the polling places.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Su-
pervisors of Election shall cause to be sent to each polling
place for each general election a number of ballots not greater
than twenty-five per cent, more than the total registered voters
at said polling place, and the said Board of Supervisors of
Election shall cause to be sent to each polling place for each
primary election a number of ballots not greater than twenty-
five per cent, more than the total number of persons regis-
tered at such polling place for each respective party who may
have candidates to be voted upon in such election.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the judges of elec-
tion, in addition to the authority already conferred upon them
by the General Election Laws, shall have authority to direct
the bailiff or doorkeeper at any election to make arrests for
any breach of the peace or violation of the election laws as
fully and completely as the said judges or a deputy sheriff
would or could make.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That all of the provi-
sions of the aforegoing sections shall equally apply to Primary
Elections as well as General Elections, unless otherwise here-
inbefore stipulated, in so far as the same may be applicable.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That any provisions of
the General Election Laws as embodied in Article 33 of Bag-
by's Annotated Code? titled "Elections, " and of all Acts sup-
plementary thereto, anywise inconsistent with the provisions
