C. No. 306, folio 348, etc.; and also the sanction and consent
of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and dis-
posal of any or all of said land by the Commission of the Con-
ference Claimants Endowment Fund of the Baltimore Annual
Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church, Incorporated.

(79) To the grant and deed made and executed by S. Ed-
mond Slocum and wife to Christ Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation of Baltimore City, a body corporate, said deed being
dated October 6th, 1922, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3928, folio 356,
conveying a certain lot of ground on the east side of Monroe
Street, seventy-eight feet and two inches north of Saratoga
Street with a frontage of fifty feet on the east side of Monroe
Street with a depth of forty-five feet, six and one-half inches,
more or less, and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by said Christ Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of
Baltimore City.

(80) To the deed and conveyance of a lot of land from
Mercantile Trust and Deposit Company and Joseph R. Walker,
Trustees, to the Trustees of the German Emanuel Church of
the Evangelical Association, a body corporate, dated June 4,

1921, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3746, folio 111.

(81) To the deed made and executed by Mary Catherine
Genevieve Boone, Vincent dePaul Boone and Harriet E.
Boone, his wife, Marie Camilla Wicks and Melvin W. Wicks,
her husband, William Sylvester Boone and John H. D. Boone
to Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more, for the time being and his successors, forever, a corpora-
tion sole under the laws of the State of Maryland, of the prop-
erty located in Baltimore City on the Harford Road, corner
Gibbons Avenue, and more fully described in a deed dated
October 29th, 1923, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4097, folio 479, etc.

(82) To the devise unto the St. Martin's Day Nursery of
Baltimore City of all that lot of ground and improvements
known as No. 1519 West Lanvale Street, in the City of Balti-
more, as said devise is contained in the last will and testament
of Mary A. Ellis, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which said
last will and testament is duly recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No.
110, folio 173. etc.
