(75) To the grant and deed executed by Adam S. Weber
to the Faith Reformed Church of Baltimore, Maryland, a
body corporate, said deed being dated February 15, 1897, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1661, folio 535, conveying a certain lot of ground
situated on the west side of Patterson Park Avenue between
Lombard and Pratt Streets, the improvements thereon being
now known as No. 130 South Patterson Park Avenue, Balti-
more City.

(76) To the conveyance from David B. and Emily T.
Smith of the property at the southeast corner of Elsinor and
Beach Avenues, Baltimore City, to the Walbrook Presbyterian
Church, for use as a Manse; the said deed being dated Sep-
tember 6, 1922, and recorded in the Land Records of said city
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3903, folio 566.

(77) To the grant and assignment executed by Charles
Berkemier and wife to the Fifth Evangelical German St.
Paul's Congregation of Baltimore City, dated May 5th, 1910,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 2578, folio 299, and the grant and deed
executed by W. Hall Harris et al., attorneys, to the Fifth
Evangelical German St. Paul's Congregation of Baltimore
City, dated June 29th, 1911, and recorded among the aforesaid
Land Records in Liber S. C. L, No. 2669, folio 319; said
grants, assignments and deed conveying a certain lot of ground
situate on the east side of Patterson Park Avenue, in Baltimore
City, and known and designated as No. 312 South Patterson
Park Avenue; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Fifth Evangelical German St. Paul's Congre-
gation of Baltimore City.

(78) To the devise under the last will and testament of
William H. Dell, late of Baltimore County, deceased, which

will is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more County in Wills, Liber W. J. P. No. 21, folio 98, whereby
was devised and bequeathed to the Commission of the Confer-
ence Claimants Endowment Fund of the Baltimore Annual
Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church, Incorporated, all
that fee simple tract of ground in the 15th Election District of
Baltimore County, near Bengies Station and being more par-
ticularly described in a deed from Francis W. Asher and wife
to William H. Dell, dated December 1st, 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.
