northeasterly from Pennsylvania Avenue.

(17) To the deed and conveyance from George F. Pietsch
and Mary Pietsch, his wife, to the Vestry of St. Luke's Protests
ant Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, dated February 16,
1923, and recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. 3971, folio 242, conveying property on the
northeast side of McCulloh Street, 313 feet 6 inches north-
westerly of Whitelock Street.

(18) To the deed and conveyance from the Trustees of the
Gatch M. E. Church of the Great Falls Circuit of Baltimore
County to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Exten-
sion Society of the M. E. Church; said deed being dated
October 26, 1921, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City November 10, 1921, in Liber S. C. L. No.
3798, folio 9, etc., conveying a lot of ground in fee simple
located on the corner of Belair Road and White Avenue, in
Baltimore City.

(19) To the legacies to the following religious organiza-
tions, contained in the will of Herman B. L. Everding, de-
ceased, late of Baltimore City:

(a) To the Trustees of the Zion Church of Baltimore City,
the sum of two thousand dollars ($2, 000);

(b) To the Govanstown Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore County the sum of five hundred dollars ($500);

(c) To the Church of the Redeemer the sum of five hun-
dred dollars ($500);

(d) To Lutheran Church of the Holy Comforter the sum
of five hundred dollars ($500);

(e) To Gregory Memorial Baptist Church of Baltimore
County the sum of five hundred dollars ($500);

(f) To Govanstown Presbyterian Congregation in the
County of Baltimore the sum of fifty dollars ($50).

(20) To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Charlotte B. Day, late of Baltimore County, deceased,
of forty (40) shares of the capital stock of the Bank of the
Manhattan Company, New York, to the Wardens and Vestry
of St. John's Parish, in Baltimore and Harford Counties; the
said will being recorded in the Register of Wills Office at
Towson, on May 31, 1922.
