AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 446
of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Corporations, " sub-title "Public Service
Commission, " as enacted by Section 32, Chapter 180 of the
Acts of 1910.

CHAPTER 518.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 22 of
Article 23 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public General
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Corporations. ''

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 22 of Article 23 of Bagby's Annotated Code
of the Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Corpora-
tions, " be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

Section 22. Shares standing in the name of fiduciaries
may be voted by them, and fiduciaries may, upon proof of title
and qualification, vote either in person or by proxy the shares
standing in the name of any person for whom they are author-
ized to act as executor, administrator, guardian, trustee or com-
mittee. A pledger before sale shall be deemed to be the holder
of his shares for the purpose of voting the same.

CHAPTER 519.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 223
(as amended by Chapter 485 of the Act of 1912 and by
Chapter 84 of the Acts of 1922) of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (Duckett and Claggett's
Addition), the same pertaining to the salary of the Treas-
urer of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 223 (as amended by Chapter 485 of the
Acts of 1912 and by Chapter 84 of the Acts of 1922) of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
