AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 297 ofArticle 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
 (as Codified by Geo. R. Dennis, Jr. ), title "Frederick Coun-
 ty. " sub-title "Frederick, " for the purpose of correcting an
 error.

CHAPTER 508.
 
 
AN ACT to incorporate the Town of North Brentwood, inPrince George's County, Maryland, and to provide for the
 submission of this question to the qualified voters of said
 town for their adoption or rejection.
 
 
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary- land, That the citizens of the Town of North Brentwood are
 a body corporate, by the name of the Mayor and Town Council
 of North Brentwood, and by that name may have perpetual
 succession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, and
 may purchase and hold real estate, or dispose of the same for
 the benefit of said town.
 
 
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the boundaries ofthe said town shall be as follows: Beginning at the most north-
 erly corner of Lot No. 9 of Block I of Holladay Company's
 Addition to Brentwood, as shown on the plat of same recorded
 among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Mary-
 land, in Liber J. W. B. 5 at Folio 646, said point being also
 on the southwest side of Lynn Street at a distance of 200 feet
 Northwest from the Northwest side of Oak Street, and run-
 ning thence in a southwesterly direction parallel to and 200
 feet distant from the northwest side of Oak Street, a distance
 of 600 feet more or less to a point on the prolongation of the
 back or east side of the lots numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5, fronting
 on Pine Street of the aforementioned subdivision, and run-
 ning thence in a southerly direction along said line to the
 center of Mover's Mill Race, which is also one of the boun-
 daries of the Town of Brentwood, Maryland, as set forth in
