may be adopted by said Commissioner of Health not in conflict
herewith or with such ordinances. No other permit from any
other officer whatever shall be required for said work and no
charge shall be made by the Commissioner of Health for in-
specting the work done under any permit issued as herein pro-
vided. No charge shall be made by the City Engineer or any
other officer for inspecting any work in the public streets, pub-
lic lanes or public alleys of said city done in connection with
private sewers or house drains.

CHAPTER 451.

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 93 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (Bagby's Edition), title, "Testa-
mentary Law, " sub-title, ''Inventory and List of Debts, " to
be numbered 230A, 230B, 230C and 230D, and to follow
immediately after Section 230 relating to safe deposit boxes
of deceased persons and the opening and listing of the con-
tents thereof.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 452.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Council of Brunswick,
Frederick County, Maryland, to issue and sell bonds to an
amount of money not exceeding twenty thousand ($20, 000)
dollars, for the purpose of street extension and for perma-
nent improvements of existing streets in said town and to
refer the question of the bond issue to the qualified voters
of said town.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and Council of Brunswick, Frederick
County, Maryland, is hereby authorized and empowered to
issue and sell bonds to an amount of money not exceeding
twenty thousand ($20, 000) dollars for the purposes and under
the conditions set forth in this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor and
Council of Brunswick, Frederick County, Maryland, is hereby
authorized to prepare an ordinance or ordinances setting out
the purpose or purposes to which the proceeds from the sale of
bonds provided for under the terms of this Act shall be devoted.
