of examining the report of the President and Directors and the
affairs of the Company generally, and said committee shall meet
forthwith; and they and their experts shall have full access to
all the books, papers and accounts of the Company for the
purpose of a full investigation; they shall make their report in
writing, together with their recommendations, to the ensuing
January members' meeting; and no election of directors shall
be had at said January meeting or any adjourned meeting until
said report has been read and considered, and the report shall
be copied in full upon the minutes of the members' meeting to
which it has been submitted: provided, however, that the mem-
bers shall have the power at any annual meeting or special
meeting called for that purpose to change the dates of the regu-
lar annual meetings to the first Monday in February and the
second Monday in January, respectively.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall be
submitted to the members of said company at a special meet-
ing thereof to be called by the president of said Company, and
to be held on or before the 30th day of June, 1924, and if a
majority of the members present at said meeting shall give
their consent, then this Act shall take effect from and after
the date of said meeting; but if at said meeting a majority
of the members then present do not assent, then this Act shall
not take effect, hut shall be null and void.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

CHAPTER 439.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 208
of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Kent County, " sub-title "Wild Fowl" (title same
being Section 371 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil County, " sub-
title "Wild Fowl"), as said section was amended by Chap-
ter 458 of the Acts of 1922, relating to shooting wild fowl.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 208 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Kent County, " sub-title "Wild
Fowl" (the same being Section 371 of Article 8 of the Code
