sale of said bonds shall be paid into the hands of the County
Treasurer of Worcester County, who shall keep the same as a
separate fund to be used exclusively for the purpose of building
and equipping permanent new public High School buildings in
each of the towns of Snow Hill, Pocomoke City and Berlin and a
High and Elementary school building in Stockton, school build-
ings in Bishopville and Whaleyville and colored schools in said
Worcester County, in accordance with the provisions of this Act
as hereinafter more particularly set out.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
County Commissioners of Worcester County are hereby author-
ized, empowered and required to levy annually upon all the as-
sessable property of said County a special tax sufficient to pay
the interest on said bonds to be issued in pursuance of this Act,
and also a special tax annually beginning in the year 1929 suffi-
cient to pay the principal of the said bonds as then mature.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
money arising from the sale of the bonds hereby authorized shall
be expended by the County Commissioners of Worcester County
through the agency of a Commission to be known as the Wor-
cester County School Building Commission, hereinafter called
the "Commission, " the members of which shall serve without
pay and shall be as follows: The County Superintendent of
Schools of Worcester County, William D. Corddry, of Snow
Hill; Calvin B. Taylor, of Berlin; Colmore E. Byrd, of Poco-
moke City, and Thomas P. Wharton, of Stockton, of the money
arising from the sale of the said bonds, the Commission shall
spend a sum not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25, 000)
on the High and Elementary school building in Stockton, and it
shall spend a sum not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10, 000)
each on the school buildings at Bishopville and Whaleyville, and
a sum not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15, 000) on colored
school buildings. The balance of the money arising from the
sale of the said bonds, the Commission shall spend on the new
High School buildings at Snow Hill, Pocomoke City and Berlin.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That said
Commission as soon as practicable after the passage of this Act
shall organize by electing from its members its own Chairman
and its own Secretary and shall have full power and authority
to determine by a majority vote all questions connected with
building the school buildings as aforesaid, except as herein
otherwise specially provided; and the said Commission hereby
