state, in itemized form, all receipts and disbursements of town
money coming into his hand, which said monthly report shall
be signed and sworn to, as being a complete and accurate re-
port, by said town Treasurer before said Secretary Commis-
sioner.

(F) That The Cottage City Commission shall examine each
such monthly report of said town Treasurer and, within one
month after the filing of the same by said town Treasurer, the
said Commission, at a regular or special meeting thereof, shall,
by resolution entered in the minute books of said Commission,
approve or disapprove of such report. Such monthly report
shall be filed among the town records and the yea and nay vote
of each Commissioner on the resolution approving or disapprov-
ing such report shall be entered in the minute books of said
Commission. And the adoption by said Commission of a reso-
lution approving any such monthly report of said town Treas-
urer shall be considered as a certificate, to the citizens of the
Town of Cottage City, of each Commissioners so voting an
approval of such monthly report that, after careful examin-
ation of the matter, he considers such monthly report to be
complete and accurate. Provided, however, that nothing con-
tained in this Act shall in any wise affect the liability to said
town of said town Treasurer; and provided, further, that noth-
ing contained in this Act shall in any wise affect the liability of
the surety or sureties on the bond of said town Treasurer.

(G) That in the event that said Commission, after care-
ful examination, shall adopt a resolution disapproving any
such monthly report of said town Treasurer, said Commission
shall, within five days (including Sundays and holidays) of
the adoption of such resolution, notify said town Treasurer of
the fact of the adoption of such resolution disapproving such
monthly report and of the reason or reasons for such disap-
proval and call upon said town Treasurer to make another and
accurate report or satisfactorily explain to said Commission such
part or parts of such report as shall have been disapproved
by said Commission. Such notice may be served upon said town
Treasurer either personally by any of said Commissioners or
by posting a copy of the same at the last regular meeting place
of said Commission or by mailing a copy of same to the last
residence or business address given by said town Treasurer to
said Commission.

(H) That it shall be the duty of said town Treasurer, with-
in five (5) days (including Sundays and legal holidays) after
