into Court and acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of
Thirty pounds Sterling to be Leveyd on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Condionly
That if he do not make his personall appearancce at the next Court to be held for Said County
on the third tuesday in March next to answ.r unto the afd Indictm.t on his Ldships behalfe and
that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherew.th he Acknowledges himselfe Content

    Likewise at the Same Court came Peter Marcy John Beck and William Beck and Acknowledged
themselves Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling each to be
Leveyed on their Bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to y.e use of his Said Lord ship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the Said Patrick Carvack Shall not make his personall
appearance at the next Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chest.r in Said Coty
on the third tuesday in March next to answer unto the afd Indictm.t of felony and that in the
mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherew.th y.e s.d Peter John & William Each Acknowledges themselves
to be Content

    But afterwards at the Same Court the Same day came the afd Securitys and
Saith that they are affraid y.e afd Patrick will not Stay to y.e next County Court and abide his tryall
Therefore prays y.t y.e Court will take the Same Patrick and discharge them  Thereupon the
Said Patrick being psent in Court in his proper person and appears and prays that for as much as his
Suretys are not willing to Stand for him that the Court will discharge y.e afd Recognizances
Thereupon the Court order'd that the Same be discharged And now here at the Same Court is
the Same Patricks Recognizance And the said Peter Marcys John Becks and William Becks then
there Recognizances for him the Said Patrick are all discharged

    Ordered by the Court here That the said Patrick Carvack be kept in Safe Custody by y.e Sherf
of Said County untill he Shall give Security for his appearance to next Court to answ.r unto the afd
Indictm.t and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour

Clk of the Indictm.t being gone from Court  It is Ordered y.t James Calder one
of the Attrys of this Court prosecute the Same Indictm.t ag.st the afd Patrick And Thereupon It is ord.rd
that Joseph Young Gent Sherf of Said County here present in Court keep the afd Patrick in safe Custody
untill he Shall have his tryal on the Same Indictm.t  But afterwards the Same Patrick comes &
Saith that he hath Security to give to Answ.r as above  And Thereupon comes into Court and Acknowledges
himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of Thirty pounds Sterl
to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he do
not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County the third tuesday
in March next to Answer unto the afd Indictment on his Lordships behalfe and that in the
