Day of ^June^ August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty
eight the afd Edward Scott & Richard Fawsett having appeared
their Recognizance & either of their Recognizance is
Discharged

 M.r George Skirven one of the Justices
of this Court return a recognizance against
the afd John Griffith Dated the 7.th day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
twenty eight for his appearance at this Court to answer
unto what shall be objected against him on behalf of his
Lordship & now here the afd John having appeared his recognizance
and his suretys be Discharged

    Henry Cully of Kent County Innholder Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of
the Province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl
money of great Brittain to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that
if he should not make his personall appearance before the
Justices of this Court to answer unto what shall be Objected
against him on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court
to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and twenty Eight the afd John Griffith having
appeared the said ^Henry Cully^ Laughlin Flinn his Recognizance
is Discharged &c.a                            And the said
John is Ordered to Enter into recognizance to next Court [illegible]
