9 Day of ^June^ eight the afd Edward Scott & Richard Fawsett having appeared their Recognizance & either of their Recognizance is Discharged
unto what shall be objected against him on behalf of his Lordship & now here the afd John having appeared his recognizance and his suretys be Discharged Henry Cully of Kent County Innholder Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of the Province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court to wit the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Eight the afd John Griffith having appeared the said ^Henry Cully^ is Discharged &c.a And the said John is Ordered to Enter into recognizance to next Court [illegible]
Shall be Objected against her on his Lordships behalf on Suspition of felony and now here the afd Sus.a Hill having appeared her Recognizance and her Suretys Recog.c be Discharged |
