person here into Court comes and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the
Ld prop.ry his heirs and Successors in the Sum of forty pounds Sterling to be leveyed
his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if he Shall not make
his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third
Tuesday in June next then and there to Answer unto what Should be objected

tract of ^Land^ in this County of a Certain Jn.o Valliant in Talbot
County for that neither the s.d Jn.o Valliant that sold the Land
nor the Said Edward Harris had the Land in Possession nor rec.d any profits
therefrom for ^above^ A year before the purchase the said offence
being ag.t An Act of Parliament prays that the Said Edward Harris
May be bound over to the next Assizes to be held for s.d County
to Answear the same which is Ord.d & Comm.d into the Custody
of Jn.o Gresham Sher of this County untill he Give security for
Same After which Came into Court the s.d Edward Harris
Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the right Hon.ble
