Kent County Thereupon John Gresham Sherrif of Kent County comes into Court
and acknowledges the Receipt of the fine afd

    The afd Benjamin Cleaver haveing entered into Recogniz.c at last Court
with Surety for his app.rc at this Court ^to answer as afd^ and good behav.r in the mean time
The afd Benjamin app.rd and prayed his recog.c and his Securetys might
be disch.d  Ordered by this Court here that the same be disch.d as prayed

    Benjamin Cleaver afd his Recognizance afd being taken in the Sum
of ten pounds for his app.rc as afd at this Court to answer as afd The Same
Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn
to the Contrary
                        John Cleaver Entered into Recognizance for the appearance
of the afd Benjamin at this Court to answer as afd and good behav.r &c.a  The
Same Recogniz.c is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn
to the Contrary

    Elizabeth Evans at the last Court entered into recognizance for her app.rc
at this Court as an Evid.c against the same Benjamin  The Same Eliz.a
appears and prays that her recognizance and her Suretys for her
appearance be discharged    Ordered by this Court here that the Same
Recognizance and her Suretys be disch.d as prayed  Elizabeth Evans
afd entered into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. to give
Evid.c as afd The same Recogniz.c is by this Court here disch.d

    John Smithers entered into Recogniz.c for the appearance of the afd Eliz.a
Evans as an Evid.c as afd  The same Recognizance is here disch.d

    Ordered by this Court that Surety be gave for fees    Thereupon John
Cleaver of Kent County planter present in Court in his proper person and
acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right honourable the Lord proprietary
in the sum of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco to be made and Leveyed on
his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said
Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Benja.n
^Cleaver^ Shall not pay the fees afd accrueing to the officers of this Court
and the same John Cleaver Acknowledged himself Content

    Ordered by this Court that Surety be gave that no charges by means
of the afd Child Should accrue to be paid by Kent County

    Thereupon John Cleaver of Kent County planter present in Court in
his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right
honourable the Lord proprietary in he sum of four thousand pounds
of Tobacco to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles lands
and Tenements To the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Benjamin Cleaver Shall not Indemnifie
