533 Ordered by this Court that the fine afd be delivered unto John Gresham Sherf of Kent County which was accordingly done and acknowledged in Court Jam.s Smith Clk The afd Elizabeth Maxfield at last June Court entered into Recognizance with Surety for her appearance to this Court &c.a to answer the afd Indictment The afd Elizabeth Maxfield in her proper person appeared as afd And prayed that her Recognizance and her Suretys for her appearance be discharged &c.a Ordered by this Court That the Same Recognizance and her Suretys be discharged as prayed Elizabeth Maxfield her Recognizance as afd taken in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. for her appearance to this Court is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Benjamin Ricaud at the Same time afd entered into Recogniz.c for the appearance of the afd Elizabeth in the Sum of five pounds Sterl. The same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Acco.t by the Clk of Indictments of this Court which was accordingly done and is as foll. viz.t Kent County fs Be it Remembred that Tench Francis Gentl. attorney of the right honourable the Lord proprietary that now is who for the Same Lord proprietary in this part prosecuteth doth come here into the County Court of the Same Lord proprietary held for Kent County afd to wit at Chester Town in the County afd the twentyeth day of August Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty four before James Harris Esq.r and his associates the said Lord prop.ry his Justices of the same County Court and for the same Lord prop.ry doth give the same Justices here to understand and be informed that Dom Kenslagh late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Planter |
