Tobacco according to Act of Assembly in Such Case lately made and provided
and also the Sum of three hundred and ninety one        pounds of Tob.o
costs accruing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Mary Gale give Surety for the
fine afd

    Thereupon M.r Joshua George came into Court in his proper
person and Such that he will pay the fine afd being five hundred
pounds of Tobacco for the afd Mary Gale and thereupon the same
Mary is discharged

    Ordered by this Court here that the afd Mary Gale give Surety for the
fees afd Thereupon M.r Joshua George came into Court in his proper
person and Saith that he will pay the fees afd for the afd Mary
Gale and thereupon the Same Mary is discharged

    M.r Joshua George at last June Court entered into Recognizance for the
appearance of the afd Mary at this Court to answer the afd Information
The afd Mary appearing to the same prays that the same Recogniz.c
be discharged as prayed M.r Joshua George his Recognizance taken
as afd in the sum of five pounds is by this Court here discharged
there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a
