529 Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in August being the Twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four In the twentieth year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietarie of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Before

Tract of Land belonging to an Orphan named William Jones William Blackiston foreman This presentment being made by the orphan Jury In June Court Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three and from Court to Court Continued untill this present Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty four Came The afd Jonathan in his proper person and appeared and prayd the Court that as he was not guilty of the premisses afd he might be therefrom discharged And for as much as no Evidence appearing to make it appear to the Court This Court thereupon Orders that the same Jonathan to be therefrom Discharged
