John Lovegrove
On presentment by the orphan Jury on Acc.t of William Galloway which is as
folls viz.t  Wee of the orphans Jury do present John Lovegrove for not Learning
William Galloway Son to James Galloway his trade

And now here at this Court viz.t this 19.th day of Novemb.r Anno Dom. 1728
the afd John Lovegrove by James Calder his Attry and Saith that he is not in any Sorts
guilty of what is above alleadged &c.a
   
    And the Said William Galloway Saith that he is not Master of the trade the Said
John Lovegrove was to learn him.  And the Court haveing heard the Allegations on both
Sides And makes deliberation being by the Court thereupon taken &c.a Therefore it is
Considered by the Court here viz.t This nineteenth day of Novemb.r Anno Domini One
Thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight That these be taken nothing by the psentment
of the orphan Jury afd But that the Said John Lovegrove go thereof without day
&c.a  And that the Said John Lovegrove Answer against the Said William Galloway the
Sum of two hundred and four pounds of Tobacco Costs expanded about his defence in the
premisses afd &c.a

Rebeckah Collins
The afd Rebeck.a being by M.r George Skirven one of the Justices of
this Court on the 28.th Sep.t 1728 Ordered to give Security for Ap.rc
to the then next Court to Answ.r unto what Should be objected ag.st her
on his Lordships behalfe on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing &
bearing away Some Goods and Chattels belonging to a Certain Fran.s Pool
Recogniz in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyd &c.a if in Case the the afd Rebeckah shall
not appear at the then next Court and to answ.r unto what shall be objected against her on
this Court viz this 19.th day of Novemb.r Anno Dom 1728 The Court to which the same
appeared and desired her Suretys Recogniz.c for her appearance might be disch.d And
nothing being offered to the Contrary  It is Ordered by the Court here that the Said
Walter Collins and John Austins Recogniz.c be Disch.d  The same is by this Court here
disch.d &c.a

    Att the same time afd did Francis Pool ent.r into recogniz.c before the afd
Justice on presentm.t ag.st the afd Rebeck.a in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl &c.a And
now at this Court same the afd Francis on his proper person and appeared and prayd that
his recognizance afd might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Said Recogniz.c
be disch.d The Same Recogniz.c is by this Court here disch.d &c.a

    The Grand Jury having Returned an Indictment ag.st the afd Rebeckah Collins for
feloniously Stealing Some Goods & Chattels of a Certain Francis Pool Endorsed Bella
Vera Sam.ll Wickes foreman                                        The afd Rebeck.a was called into
Court on the Same And in her proper person appeared It is Ordered by the
Court here that She gives Surety for her appearance at next Court then to
answer unto the Same Indictm.t and that in the mean time She is to be of good
behaviour   Thereupon Came into Court Walter Collins husband of the
Said Rebeck.a and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord
proprietarie his heirs and Successors in the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling
