March Court 1733 Then and there to prosecute on his Lordships behalf against the afd Margaret Jones for breaking open a house of his and Stealing out Diverse goods and Chattles belonging to him the Said Jonathan Wherewith the Same Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court that Mary Witworth wife of the afd Jonathan give Security for her appearance at next assizes to be held for Said County to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Margaret Jones Thereupon Came into open Court Jonathan Witworth of Kent County Weaver and in his proper person acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements his heirs and Successors Conditionally that If the afd Mary Witworth Shall not make her personall appearance at the next assizes to be held for Kent County Then and there to give her Evidence ^on^ his Lordships behalf against the afd Margaret Jones wherewith he acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court that Mary Hall enter into Recognizance for her Appearance to the next assizes to be held for Kent County to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Margaret Jones Thereupon Came into Court Mary Hall of Kent County Widdow and present in her proper person And Acknowledged her Self Indebted to The Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on her body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally That if She doth not make her personall appearance at the next Assizes to be held for Kent County Then and there to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Margaret Jones wherewith he acknowledges himself to be therewith Content Ordered by this Court that George Whitehead of Kent County Planter and present in his proper person and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord Proprietarie in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship His Heirs and Successors Conditionally That if the afd George Whitehead Shall not make his personall appearance at the next assizes to be held for Kent County Then and there to give Evidence on his Lordships behalf against the afd Margaret Jones wherewith the Same George Acknowledges himself to be therewith Content
