Suretys be discharged  Ordered by this Court here That the Same Recognizance and his Suretys be
discharged            Samuel Glen his recognizance taken as afd at last August Court held for Said County
in the Sum of five pounds Sterling for his appearance at this Court and good behaviour in mean time
The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d  There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    William Blackston of Said County Entered into Recognizance at the Same time afd in the Sum
of five pounds Sterl for the appearance of the afd Samuel Glen at this Court and Good behav.r in the
mean time &c.a  The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d &c.a

three Came the afd Laughlin Obryan and in his proper person appeared and prayed his Recognizance
and his Suretys Recognizance for his appearance be discharged &c.a  Ordered by this Court here that
the afd Laughlan Obryan Recognizance be disch.d and his Suretys for his appearance be disch.d as
prayed    Laughlan Obryan afd his Recognizance taken as afd in the Sum of Twenty pds
Sterling for appearance at this Court and Good  behaviour in the mean time &c.a  The Same Recogniz.c
is by this Court here disch.d  There being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    Michael Miller and William Kendall both of Kent County entered into Recognizances at last
August Court for the appearance for the afd Laughlan Obryan & good behaviour in the mean time
in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl Each This Court Discharges the Same Recognizances each of
them &c.a

afd John English and in his proper person appeared and prayed his Recognizance and his Suretys
Recognizance for his appearance be discharged &c.a    Ordered by this Court that John English
afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling be discharged as prayd
and his Suretys Recognizance be disch.d &c.a    John English afd his Recognizance taken as
afd is by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a

    James Ringgold of Said County at the Same time afd as Surety for the afd John English
in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl for the Same John English's appearance the Same Recogniz.c
is by this Court here discharged &c.a

Command was given on the Twenty fourth day of August it being
the nineteenth Year of his Lordships Dominion &c.a Anno Dom. One
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three to the Sherriff of Kent County
that he Should take James Smith jun.r of S.t Pauls Parish in the County
afd Planter Son of James Smith Tanner if he Should be found in his
bailiwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices of our next County
Court to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
in November then next ensueing to answer unto a Certain Indictment for Committing
fornication with a Certain Sarah Lewis and begiting a bastard Child  And that the Same
Sherriff have at the time and place afd The Same Writ &c.a

    Att which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester in
Said County on the third tuesday in November being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno
Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came John Gresham Gentl.
Sherrif of Said County and made Return to the Court here thereof endorsed as foll. viz.t
