precept to wit John Gresham Gentl Sherrif of Kent County makes
return on the day and year last said that he hath Executed the punishm.t
in the Judgment afd and also hath here Ready the afd Jane Toas
before the Court

    Ordered by this Court that the afd Jane Toas give Security for
the fees afd

    Thereupon Timothy Manah of Queen Anne County Puper
here in Kent County at Court held for said County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
in August Anno Dom. One Thousand seven hundred and thirty
three Came And in his proper person Acknowledged himself to pay
the fees accrueing on the prosecution of his Lordship against
Jane Toas to the officers of this Court to whom they are
due wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

the Court here That the afd Timothy
hath brooke open his Masters
Store and Stoln out Severall

    And now here at Kent County at the Court House in the town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in August being the
twenty first day of said Month Anno Dom. one Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Timothy Roberts
in person  And is by This Court ^ordered to be^ Committed into the Custody of
John Gresham Gentl Sherrif of Kent County ^and the same Sherf being^ present in Court
and by him to be Safe kept untill the ^next^ Assizes to be held
for said County and at the Same assizes to deliver him the
afd Timothy Roberts    to answer the Same

    Kent County fs  The Examination of Jane Toas wife of Richard Toas
of Chester Town Labourer on her Examination before us two of his Lordships
Justices of the Said County this 19 day of July Anno Dom. 1733

    The Said Examinant Saith that above ten days agoe a Certain
Timothy Roberts Servant to Cap.t Elishaw Stringfellow brought to his
