Sum ten pounds Sterl. ^and Benj.a Griffith & Henry Trulock his Suretys five pds Sterl each^ for his ap.rc to the then next
March Court to answer unto an Indictment for Commiting
fornication with Ann Whitehead &c.a  The Same app.rd at
the Same March Court being the twentieth day of Said Month Anno Dom. one thousand
seven hundred and Thirty two as also the Lord prop.ry by his Said att.ry and the afd Jurors
prayd that he might be Continued untill the third tuesday in June then next ensueing
upon his afd Recognizances which was Granted And That the afd James Thomas jun.r
and Benjamin Griffith and Henry Trulock his Suretys there Recognizances are
and be Cont.d untill the third tuesday in ^June^ August then next ensueing &c.a

    Att which Said Third tuesday in August ^June^ being the Nineteenth day of Said Month
Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd James
Thomas againe and prayed that he might be Continued untill the third tuesday
in August then next ensueing upon his afd Recognizances which was granted
and that the afd James Thomas jun.r and Benjamin Griffith and Henry Trulock
his Suretys there Recognizances are And be Continued untill the third tuesday
in August then next ensueing &c.a

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month
Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came againe the afd
James Thomas Jun.r and in his proper person present in Court appeared and prayed
his recognizance and his Suretys might be disch.d  Ordered by this Court
here That the Same Recognizances be disch.d as prayed James Thomas
jun.r his Recognizance being taken as afd in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling
is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Benjamin Griffith and Henry Trulock his Suretys in the Sum
five pounds Sterling each for the appearance as afd of the Same James
Thomas jun.r there and each of the Recognizances are by this Court
here discharged &c.a

    Whereas Ann Whitehead as an Evidence against the afd James Thomas jun.r
gave Surety for her appearance at the third tuesday in March then next ensueing
&c.a  And George Whitehead of Kent County Planter at the Same November Court
entered into Recognizance in the Sum of five pounds Sterling for the appearance
of the afd Ann Whitehead &c.a for her at the Same March Court &c.a

    Att which Said Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March being the twentieth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred thirty two Came the afd Ann
Whitehead and appeared according to the tenour of his Recognizance and for
