June Court 1733 the great damage of the Said Henry and against the Peace of the Said Lord Proprietary that now is his good rule and Dignity &c.a Test John & Henry Evans T francis On the back of the Same was endorsed as foll. viz Ignoramus
Successors in the Sum of be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles Conditionally that if his wife Mary Obrien make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said County ^on the third tuesday in June then next ensueing^ and answer to an assault and battery Commited on a Certain Mary Sherborne Then this Recognizance to be void otherways to Stand be & remain in full force and Virtue at Law C.s Hynson At which Said next Court to wit at Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of June Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came The af Mary Obryan and in her proper person appeared and prayd the afd Recognizance might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the afd Recognizance be Discharged Laughlin Obryans recognizance taken in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl money is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c.a Kent County April 17: 1733 Memorandum that his day personally appeared before me one of his Lordships the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the Said ^County^ Mary Sherburn of Chester Town and Acknowledged herself to Stand and be indebted to his Said Lordship in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on her Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles Conditionally that if She make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for ^the^ Said County on the third tuesday |
