Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two  That the afd Edward Beck
Jun.r pay the Sum of thirty Shillings Current Silver money of the province afd
as a fine for Committing the offence of fornication afd in form afd Confest and the
Sum of of two hundred and fourteen                     pounds of tobacco fees accruing
on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered the Same fine be D.d the Sherrife

Kent County fs.t  The Jurors for the right honourable
the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County
afd upon their Oath do present that Samuel Holyday late of S.t Pauls
Parish in the County afd Planter the tenth day of October Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred thirty & two at the Parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion
of this Court in and upon Elizabeth Foulston in the peace of God and the Said
Lord prop.ry then and there being with force and Arms an assault did make
and her the Said Elizabeth then and there did beat wound and Evilly treat So
that of her life it was much despared and other harms to her then and there
did to the great damage of the Said Elizabeth and against the peace of the
Said Lord prop.ry his good rule and Dignity &c.a  T francis Cler. pac.

    The Same Indictment was endorsed as foll. viz Ignoramus p Simon Wilmer
                                                                                                    foreman

Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lord
Ships Justices of the peace for Kent County Samuel Holyday and Acknowledged
himself Indebted to the right Honourable the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of
five pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be Leveed on his Lands &
Tenements goods and Chattles Conditionally that if he do not make his personall
appearance at the next County Court to be held at the Town of Chester in Said
County and the mean time to be of good behaviour wherewith he is Contented

    At which time Came Roger Murphey and Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto his Lordship in the afd Sum of five pounds Ster. money of
great Brittain to be Leveed as afd Conditionally that if the said
Samuel Holyday do not make his personall appearance as afd &c.a
Wherewith he is Contented taken before me            P Kennard
