327 put in Execution This Court orders that the Clarke of this Court make out Sumones for Such Evidences to the grand Jury as the Clark of the Indictments Shall direct Ordered by this Court that James Gallaway be Sworn as Bayliff to Attend the Grand Jury The Same is accordingly Sworn &c.a Joshua Beck and James Kann Sworn to the Grand Jury against Robert Wilson
Exhibit an Information against Same on the afd Misdemeano.r Ordered by the Court here that the Same give good Security for his Appearance at next Court to Answer the Same Thereupon the same John Howell in his proper person here into Court cometh and Acknowledges himself indebted to The Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors And to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next then and there to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lord Ships behalf as afd and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself to be therewith content Also John Williams of Kent County planter and William Bayley of Kent County Bricklayer here present in Court in his proper person and Acknowledge themselves indebted to The Right Honourable the Lord proprietary that now is his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodies Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd John Howell Shall not make his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for Said Kent County on the third tuesday in March next ensueing And that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they Acknowledge themselves to be therewith Content Rachel Bostick Sworn to the Grand Jury against James Boyer John |
