    Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court House in the Town of Chester
in Said County on the third tuesday in November being the twenty first day
of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty two in the
Eighteenth Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and proprietarie
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore
&c.a

 Kent County fs  The Jurors for the right honourable the
Lord prop.ry that now is for Kent County afd upon their Oath do
present that Anne Grames late of S.t Pauls Parish in the
County afd Labourer the tenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty & one
at the parish in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court did Commit fornication
with a person to the Jurors afd unknown and did permit the Same unknown
person then and there to have carnal knowledge of her body and to beget then and
there a bastard child on the body of her the Same Anne to the high displeasure
of Almighty God to the Evil Example of all others in Such case offending contrary
to the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry his good rule and Government and against
the form of the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided

    The Same Indictment being endorsed viz.t True bill p Edwd Worrell foreman
March Court 1731        The Same Indictment was ordered to be Continued untill
the third tuesday in June next  Att which s.d Third tuesday in June being the twentyeth
