then next ensuing  The Nov.r Court following to which the Same Daniel Should have app.rd
did not and thereupon the Same was Continued to the third tuesday in March then next
ensueing    At which Said third tuesday in March being the twenty first day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd Daniel Flinn Jun.r
and prayd his recognizance taken as afd might be disch.d as also his Securitys taken
as afd    Ordered by the Court here that the Same be discharged    The afd Daniel
Flinn Jun.r Recognizance the Same Sum afd as also the afd Samuel Milbourn in the
afd Sum as his Security are by this Court Each discharged

    Ordered by this Court here that the afd Daniel Flinn Jun.r enter anew into recognizance
for his appearance at next June Court as an Evid.c ag.st the
afd Laugh Flinn and Margaret his wife with Security

    Thereupon Came The afd Daniel Flinn Jun.r of Kent County planter and
Bowles Green of Kent County planter and in their proper persons here in Court
came and acknowledged themselves Indebted To the Right honourable the Lord
prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Each to be paid to his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors &c.a  And to be made and Leveyed on their bodys Good and
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally That if the afd Daniel Flinn Jun.r
Shall not appear and Answer at next June Court as an Evid.c for his Ldship
