March Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one John Lee of the
Said County planter personally appeared before me one of his Lord Ships
Justices of the Said County and acknowledge himself Indebted to his Said Lordships
his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money
of Great Brittaine on his Lands and tenements good and chattles to be
made and Leveyed        Conditionally that if he make his personall
appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said Said County on the third tuesday
of this Instant March and answer unto Such things as Shall be objected ag.st
him on behalf of his Said Lord Ship Then this recognizance to be Void
otherwise to be in full force and Vertue

    At which Said third tuesday in March being the twenty first day of
Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd
John Lee and in his proper person appeared and prayd that this afd recognizance
be discharged  Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recogniz.c
be discharged  This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance as
prayed there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Kent County fs  Be it Remembered that on the thirteenth day of March Anno Dom.
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one William Flinn of the Said County planter
personally appeared before me one of his Lord Ships Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged
himself Indebted to his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling money of Great Brittaine on his Lands and tenements goods and Chattles to be
made and Leveyd  Conditionally that if he make his personall appearance at the
next Court to be held for the Said County the third tuesday of this Instant March and
give Evidence in behalf of his Said Lord Ship against Peter Green Jun.r and John Lee
then the Recognizance to be void otherwise to be in full force and virtue  C.s Hynson

his proper person appeared to the afd Recognizance and prayd the Same might be
discharged  Ordered by the Court here that the afd Recognizance be discharged

    The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged There being no cause
Shewn to the Contrary

    John Lee & William Flinn Sworn as Evidences to the Grand Jury against
the afd Peter Green and an Indictm.t was also sent up the Grand Jury of
Kent County fs The Jurors for the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry that now
for the  body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that Peter Green
