    At which Said third tuesday in November being the Sixteenth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the
William Ringgold in his proper person and Saith that he is in no
Sorty guilty of the Trespass afd above upon him imposed as by the afd
Indictment it is alledged and thereof he putteth himself upon the
Country                                        William Ringgold in p.a p.a

    And he who foll. for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith he is
guilty

    Thereupon Command was given to the Sherrif of Kent County that
he Immediately cause to come here twelve &c.a by whom &c.a who
neither &c.a To Recognize &c.a because as well &c.a of which Said precept
the Said Sherrif to wit Joseph Young Gent now here at this day to
with the third tuesday in November being the Sixteenth day of Said
Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirty one makes return
that he hath here ready twelve &c.a as by his precept he was Commanded
and now here afterwards to wit the day and year last mentioned came
againe the afd Lord prop.ry by his attorney afd and the afd William
Ringgold in his proper person and the Jurors fo that Jury being impannelled
and called likewise came to wit Robert Dunn John Tilden William
Granger William Dean Samuel Thomas John Trew Edward Worrell
John Hankins John Macay Richard Dowdall Samuel Wallis
and ffrancis Bellows who being duely Elected tryd and Sworn to Say
the truth in the premisses upon the Oath do Say William Ringgold
is not guilty of the Trespass above upon him imposed as by the
afd Indictment ^Information^ is it alledged and by Robert Dunn there foreman
all So Say        Therefore it is Considered by the Justices
here to wit the Same day last mentioned That the afd William
Ringgold as to the Information ^afd^ he go thereof without day and
that he be therefrom acquitt     It is also Considered That the afd
William Ringgold pay the Sum of Eleven hundred and twenty
one pounds of Tobacco costs and charges accrued on the premisses
afd to the officers of this Court
