233 It is Considered by the Justices here to wit At the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the Seventeenth day of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Thirty one That the afd Benjamin Keare pay the Sum of two hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco to the use of his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors as a fine for Committing the assault afd And also pay the Sum of two hundred and fifteen pounds of Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Ordered by the Court here that M.r Joseph Young Sherrife of Kent County keep the afd Benjamin Keare in Safe Custody untill the fine and fees afd he Shall Satisfie
Ordered that Sumons be made out for Evidences ag.st Same to Nov.r
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd Charles Smith & in his proper person app.rd and prayd the Same might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here the Same Recognizance be disch.d Thereupon the Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Ordered by the Court here that the Same Charles Smith enter into Recognizance for his appearance at next Court &c.a The |
