    It is Considered by the Justices here to wit At the Court House in the Town of
Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August being the Seventeenth day
of Said Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Thirty one That the afd
Benjamin Keare pay the Sum of two hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco to
the use of his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors as a fine for Committing the
assault afd And also pay the Sum of two hundred and fifteen pounds of
Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here that M.r Joseph Young Sherrife of Kent
County keep the afd Benjamin Keare in Safe Custody untill the
fine and fees afd he Shall Satisfie
