the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling money of his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to be made & Leveyd Conditionally if a Certain Joan Anderson his Servant doth not personally appear before the Justices of the peace at Chester Town in Said Kent County the third tuesday in June next to Answer unto Such Matters & things as Shall be then & there Objected against her on his Lordships behalf particularly on Suspicion of feloniously taking sundry goods of William Tidmarsh & Lydia Brutton and Shall in the mean time be of the good behaviour and not depart the Court without Licence then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to Remain in full force Take Before us as afd John Evans Geo. Skirven And now here at this Court to wit at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came the afd Joan and in her proper person Appeared to the afd Recognizance Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance as afd be disch.d Thereupon the afd John Wilson his Recognizance taken afd |
