    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Philip enter into Recognizance for his Appearance
to next Court to Answ.r unto the afd Indictment of fornication &c.a

    Thereupon the Same Philip Carrel in his proper person being present in Court
Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten
pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs
and Successors to be made and leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Conditionally That if he do not make his personall appearance at
the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next then and
there to Answer unto a Certain Indictment of fornication against him and in the
mean time to be of good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content

    And also at the Same time came Benjamin Blackston of the Same County and
in his proper person came into Court and Acknowledged himself indebted to the
Right Hon.rble the Lord proprietarie in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be
made and Leveyed on his ^body^ goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally
to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the
Said Philip Carril Shall not make his personall appearance at the next
Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next to Answer
unto the afd Indictments and that in the mean time he is to be of good
behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himself to be Content

    Ordered by the Court here that Margret Falconar give Surety for appear.c
as an Evid.c against the afd Phil. Carrol

    Thereupon William Frisby of the Same County Gent came into Court and
acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the
Sum of five pounds Sterl to be made and Leveyd on his Body Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally to the use of the Same Lord
prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Margret Falconar
Shall not make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for
Said County on the third tuesday in June Next wherewith he Acknowledges
himself Content
