her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships Court to be held at Chester Town in Kent County afd the third tuesday in March next then and there to prosecute in behalf of His Ldship a Certain Joan Anderson of Said County Servant to John Wilson of the Same place Innkeeper on Suspicon of feloniously taking of Sundry goods belonging to the Said Lydia Brutton Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force taken Before me one of the Lord prop.rys Justices for Kent County Geo Skirven And now here at this Court to wit the third tuesday in March being the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty came the afd Lydia and in her proper person appeared to the afd Recognizance and prayd She might be disch.d from Same Ordered by the Court here that She be disch.d Thereupon the Same Lydia is by this Court disch.d from the Same Recognizance And the Same Joan being Indicted for feloniously Stealing from the afd Lydia and being called in her prop.r person appeared to the Same And her Master John Wilson being asked to be Security on the Same So that She might answer to the Same at next Court who denys Thereupon it is Ordered by this Court that Joseph Young Gent Sherf of Said County keep the afd Joan in Safe Custody untill the then next Court to be held for this County So that at the Same Court She may answer the Same
