175 Kent County in Maryland fs.t Memorand.m Novemb.r 23.d 1730 William Tidmarsh of Kent County Innkeeper Acknowledged himself Justly Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of the province afd His heirs and Successors Ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyd on his Body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally if the afd William Tidmarsh doth not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lord Ships Court to be held at Chester Town in Kent County afd the third tuesday in March next then and there to prosecute in behalf of his Ldship a Certain Joan Anderson of Said County Servant to John Wilson of Said County Innkeeper on Suspicon of feloniously takeing of Sundry Goods belonging to Said Tidmarsh &c.a Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force Taken Before me one of the Lord prop.rys Justices for Kent County Geo Skirven And now here at the Same Court to wit on the third tuesday in March being the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty came the afd William and in his proper person appeared to the afd Recognizance and prayd he might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same be disch.d Thereupon The Same Recognizance as afd is by this Court disch.d as prayd Maryld fs.t Memorandum Nov.br 23 1730 Lydia Brutton of Kent County Spinster Acknowledged herself justly Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province his heirs & Successors Five pounds Sterling to be Leveyd on her Body goods & Chattles &c.a Conditionally is She the Said Lydia doth not make her appearance before the Justices of his Ldships Court the third tuesday in March next &c.a and there to give Evidence what She knows of a Certain Joan Anderson being guilty of diverse felonies Same belonging to William Tidmarsh &c.a Then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force Taken Before me one of the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.rys Justices for Kent County Geo Skirven And now here at the Same Court to wit on the third tuesday in March being the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom.
