William Gould and William Woodland at the Same day afd as Suretys for
Margret Gould an Evid.c ag.st the afd William Crowder before the Same
Justice afd for her appear.c to this Court:  And now at this Court came the
afd Margret in her prop.r pson appeared Ordered by the Court here that
the Same Recognizance be disch.d         The afd William Gould and
William Woodland Recog.c in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl for the appear.c
of the afd Margret Gould as an Evid.c ag.st the Same William Crowder
is disch.d

honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the
body of Kent County afd upon there do present
that John ffoucher late of Shrewsbury Parish
in the County afd Labourer the tenth day of July
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty with force and Arms at the parish afd
in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court one bushel of wheat of the
value of forty & Eight pounds of Tobacco and three bushels of Indian Corn of
the Value of Seventy and two pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles
of a certain John Earle then and there being found then and there did feloniously
did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord
prop.ry that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of
the Act of Assembly in Such case lately made and provided &c.a

    On the back of the Same was endorsed as foll. viz.t M.r John Earle and
Math.w Mitchell Sworn to the Grand Jury on the within bill of Indictm.t
    Wee the Grand Jury do return this Bill Ignoramus

at this present Nov.r Court before Fred.k Hanson Gent one of his Ld
Ships Justices of the peace for the afd County        And now at this
Court came the afd Math.w Mitchell and in his prop.r person and app.rd
and prayd the afd Recognizances might be Disch.d            Ordered by
the Court here That the Same Recognizance be Disch.d  The
Same John Earle and Math.w Mitchell in the Sum of five pounds
Sterl Each for appear.c of the afd Math.w to this Court as an Evid.c
against the Same John Foucher is by this Court here disch.d
