this Court Exhibit an Information against her on
which the Same is accordingly done & bro.t into Court which is as foll viz
Kent County fs Memorandum That Tench Francis Gent attorney of the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Same
Lord prop.ry in this part prosecuteth doth come here into Kent County Court
before William Frisby Esq.r and his associates his Lordships Justices of the
Same County Court to wit at Chest.r Town in the afd County the Seventeenth
day of Novemb.r Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty and for the Same
Lord proprietary doth give the Court here to understand and be informed that Mary
Parker late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Spinster the tenth day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty at the parish afd in the
County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication with
a person unknown did permitt the Same unknown person then & there to
have carnal knowledge of her body and to begett then and there a bastard
Child on the body of her the Same Mary to the high displeasure of Almighty
                                                                                                                God
